Withdrawals / Refunds (where applicable) – Procedure
Centraloption’s finance department handles all submitted withdrawal requests. KYC Identification documents must be submitted in order to process a withdrawal.
Refunds – Traders who make a deposit but have not placed any trades and wish to withdraw their deposit, can do so by requesting a full refund back to the original source of the funds, e.g. Credit Card.
Withdrawals to Credit or Debit Cards are processed back to cards as “refunds” up to the amount transacted by an individual for funding his/her account. Any remaining balance in addition to this amount is sent by Wire Transfer. For example, a trader deposits $500 via Credit Card, makes $300 profit and wants to withdraw $800. Subject to KYC identification documents being verified and approved, $500 of the total $800 would be sent back to the original card as a “refund”, and the remaining $300 sent by Wire Transfer.
Traders who have not placed any trades on their account, can request their full deposit amount back to the original payment source, e.g. Credit Card. This will be processed as a full refund back to the card.
There is a $20 USD Fee for Wire Transfers – however any withdrawal below the amount of 500 via bank transfer will be charged a $25 unit fee of the original currency in which the initial deposit was made: USD, EUR and GBP. The minimum withdrawal is 250 of the currency you used to make the initial deposit: EUR, USD, GBP.
A maximum of 2 wire transfer withdrawals can be made in any single calendar month. Withdrawals are capped at a maximum of $5,000 per month back to the originating fund source.
Clients must trade 1x the deposit amount or be subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
If you have deposited funds, received free software tools or not executed at least 5 trades before making a withdrawal request, you will be charged an additional $100 USD for any withdrawals on top of the fixed withdrawal fees outlined above. This is to prevent fraudulent abuse of our services.
Once a withdrawal request is submitted it can take Centraloption up to 5 business days to process the request. Once the request has been approved please allow an additional 5-7 days for the funds to show in your account.
Cancelling your account:
There is no additional cost if you want to cancel your account, just place a withdrawal request and inform us about your willingness to close your account. Withdrawals will be processed as per the Withdrawal Procedure outlined above .
CentralOption’s Bonus Policy:
CentralOption offers a number of attractive reward features to its new and regular customers. Bonuses and one time trading credits rewarded to customers are part of CentralOption’s promotions program. These bonuses are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subject to change.
If you choose to accept a bonus, you will then be required to execute trades to the value of 30 times your initial bonus. Therefore, in order to withdraw any funds, the preceding stipulation must be fully met.
